I've been posting some of the cooking I do on Facebook, but that's starting to become a bit of a pain. I've decided to move to a blog. I started doing this initially so my father could see what I was cooking, and ask for specific recipes, rather than having me just randomly send him recipes he'd never try. If you see something and want the recipe, don't hesitate to ask.

Nice presentation. Is that tuna or salmon on the plate? It looks like it has a good sauce on it.
Hi Hitchhiker, thanks for your comment! It's salmon, with a vinegar, butter, soy sauce and mirin sauce--1 T of each, with a small handful of chopped green onion thrown in. Super easy.
